NOTE: These directions were updated in October, 2006, to bypass Walden Street. Due to bridge construction work, Walden Street is now closed between Massachusetts Avenue and Richdale Avenue.

From Harvard Square:

  1. Drive up Massachusetts Avenue in the direction of Porter Square and Arlington.
  2. Continue to Upland Road, located immediately before Porter Square (Bruegger’s Bagels is on the corner).
  3. Go Left at the light onto Upland.
  4. The first street on your Right is Richdale Avenue.
  5. Turn Right onto Richdale.
  6. Continue past Walden Street, and you’ll pass a cluster of yellow houses on your right.
  7. Go to the second cluster of yellow houses on your right. Park along the street.
  8. All of the yellow complex has the same address, 175 Richdale Ave. Enter either gate of the fence in front of the yard. As you face the complex, my unit is at the far left. My office is located in Unit #106.

From Route 2, Alewife Parkway (Rte 16), or Arlington

  1. From Route 2, head toward Cambridge and turn Left onto Route 16.
  2. Turn Right onto Massachusetts Avenue toward Harvard Square. Go about 1.2 miles.
  3. Pass by Porter Square and take a Right at the next light onto Upland Road (Bruegger’s Bagels is on the corner).
  4. The first street on your Right is Richdale Avenue.
  5. Turn Right onto Richdale.
  6. Continue past Walden Street, and you’ll pass a cluster of yellow houses on your right.
  7. Go to the second cluster of yellow houses on your right. Park along the street.

From Route 93 South

  1. Take Exit 32 (Medford Square) off 93 South. Bear Right as you get off (do not go around the rotary) and enter Medford Square.
  2. When you come to the first light take a Left toward Route 16. Andrews Realty will be directly in front of you.
  3. Go one block and make a right onto Route 16.
  4. Continue for approximately one mile to a rotary. Bear left around the rotary to continue on Route 16.
  5. Continue on Route 16 for one mile and take a Left onto Massachusetts Avenue.
  6. Continue on Massachusetts Avenue for 1.2 miles.
  7. Pass by Porter Square and take a Right at the next light onto Upland Road (Bruegger’s Bagels is on the corner).
  8. The first street on your Right is Richdale Avenue. Turn Right onto Richdale.
  9. Continue past Walden Street, and you’ll pass a cluster of yellow houses on your right.
  10. Go to the second cluster of yellow houses on your right. Park along the street.
